Work-related allowances – Service work.

A. It is ordered that the above award be varied as follows:

1. By deleting the words “8.6% of the standard rate” appearing in clause 21.5(f) and inserting “0.86% of the standard weekly rate”.

B. This determination comes into operation from 11 December 2015. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 11 December 2015.
