LOCAL GOVERNMENT INDUSTRY AWARD 2010

Application to vary the Local Government Industry Award 2010 to remove ambiguity or uncertainty or to correct an error – Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) s.160 – default superannuation funds – clause 20.4.

A. Further to the decision issued in this matter on 9 February 2018 [[2018] FWC 890], the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting clause 20.4 (c).

2. By renumbering clauses 20.4(d) to (j) as clauses 20.4(c) to (i).

3. By updating the table of contents and cross-references accordingly.

B. This determination comes into operation from 9 February 2018. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 these items do not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 9 February 2018.
