A. Further to the decision issued by the majority of the Expert Panel in the Annual Wage Review 2019–20 on 19 June 2020 [[2020] FWCFB 3500], the above award is varied as follows:

2. By inserting clause 15.7(c) as follows:
(c) For employees covered by this award undertaking traineeships, the minimum rates in Schedule E to the Miscellaneous Award 2020 as at 1 July 2019, are increased by 1.75% from 1 July 2020.
NOTE: The minimum rates from 1 July 2020 for employees covered by this award undertaking traineeships are published on the Commission’s website.
3. By deleting the amount “$155.34” appearing in clause 17.2(a)(i) and inserting “$158.06”.
4. By deleting the amount “$224.38” appearing in clause 17.2(a)(ii) and inserting “$228.31”.
5. By deleting the amount “$16.40” appearing in clause 17.2(b)(i) and inserting “$16.68”.
6. By deleting the amount “$17.69” appearing in clause 17.2(c)(i) and inserting “$18.00”.
7. By deleting the amount “$60.41” appearing in clause 17.2(c)(ii) and inserting “$61.47”.
8. By deleting the amount “$94.93” appearing in clause 17.2(d) and inserting “$96.59”.
9. By deleting the amount “$73.36” appearing in clause 17.2(e)(i) and inserting “$74.64”.
10. By deleting the amount “$94.93” appearing in clause 17.2(f) and inserting “$96.59”.
11. By deleting the amount “$51.78” appearing in clause 17.2(g) and inserting “$52.69”.

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2020. In accordance with s.286(5) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2020.
