Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “78 cents” appearing in clause 17.2(b) and inserting “80 cents”.

2. By deleting the amount “$13.76” appearing in clause 17.2(c)(i) and inserting “$14.04”.

3 By deleting the amount “$13.76” appearing in clause 17.2(c)(ii)(C) and inserting “$14.04”.

4. By deleting the amount “$129.21” appearing in clause 28.3 and inserting “$132.04”.

5. By deleting the amounts “$7.50” and “$5.99” appearing in clause 29.1 and inserting “$7.66” and “$6.12” respectively.

6. By deleting the amount “$13.76” appearing in clause 36.5 and inserting “$14.04”.

7. By deleting the amount “$13.76” appearing in clause 36.10 and inserting “$14.04”.

8. By deleting the amount “$20.81” appearing in clause 44.4(b)(iv) and inserting “$21.08”.

9. By deleting the amounts “$224.20”, “$61.27”, “$104.00” and “$23.51” appearing in clause 45.1(a) and inserting “$229.11”, “$62.53”, “$105.36” and “$23.82” respectively.

10. By deleting the amounts “$224.20” and “$61.27” wherever they appear in clause 45.3(b) and inserting “$229.11” and “$62.53” respectively.

11. By deleting the amounts “$224.20” and “$61.27” wherever they appear in clause 45.4(b) and inserting “$229.11” and “$62.53” respectively.

12. By deleting the amount “$156.00” appearing in clause 45.5(b) and inserting “$159.41”.

13. By deleting the amount “$0.78” appearing in clause 46.3(b) and inserting “$0.80”.

14. By deleting the amount “$0.78” appearing in clause 47.1(a) and inserting “$0.80”.

15. By deleting the amount “$73.31” appearing in clause 47.1(f) and inserting “$75.16”.

16. By deleting the amount “$3.05” appearing in clause 47.1(g) and inserting “$3.13”.

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 November 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 November 2020.
