Expense-related allowances.
A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:
1. By deleting the amounts “$3.65” and “$9.48” appearing in clause 14.2(d)(i) and inserting “$3.75” and “$9.74” respectively.
2. By deleting the amounts “$2.93” and “$13.20” appearing in clause 14.2(d)(ii) and inserting “$3.01” and “$13.56” respectively.
3. By deleting the amount “$168.51” appearing in clause 14.3(c) and inserting “$182.67”.
4. By deleting the amounts “$128.56” and “$642.88” appearing in clause 14.3(d) and inserting “$139.36” and “$696.90” respectively.
5. By deleting the table appearing in clause 14.3(e) and inserting the following:

12. By deleting the amount “$4.36” appearing in clause 41.3(b) and inserting “$4.58”.
13. By deleting the amount “$10.56” appearing in clause 41.3(c) and inserting “$11.09”.
14. By deleting the amount “$18.54” appearing in clause 60.3(a)(i) and inserting “$19.11”.

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 February 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 February 2021.
