Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$15.94” appearing in clause 19.3(a)(i) and inserting “$16.28”.

2. By deleting the amount “$15.94” appearing in clause 19.3(a)(ii) and inserting “$16.28”.

3. By deleting the amount “$19.00” appearing in clause 19.3(b)(i) and inserting “$19.89”.

4. By deleting the table appearing in clause C.2.1 and inserting the following:

Meal allowance—Overtime of more than 2 hours—minimum 10 hours on duty	19.3(a)(i)	16.28	per occasion
Meal allowance—After further 4 hours of overtime	19.3(a)(ii)	16.28	per occasion
Tool allowance—tradespersons and apprentices	19.3(b)(i)	19.89	per week
Vehicle allowance—Motor vehicle	19.3(c)(i)	0.78	per km
Vehicle allowance—Motorcycle	19.3(c)(i)	0.26	per km

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 November 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 November 2020.
