Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$18.87” appearing in clause 18.3(a)(i) and inserting “$19.26”.

2. By deleting the amount “$11.98” appearing in clause 18.3(a)(ii) and inserting “$12.23”.

3. By deleting the amounts “$0.78” and “$0.26” appearing in clause 18.3(b)(i) and inserting “$0.80” and “$0.27” respectively.

4. By deleting the amount “$19.00” appearing in clause 18.3(e)(i) and inserting “$19.25”.

5. By deleting the table appearing in clause C.2.1 and inserting the following:

Tool allowance—tradespersons and apprentices	18.3(e)(i)	19.25	per week

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2020.
