Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$78,090” appearing in clause 11.3(i) and inserting “$79,801”.

2. By deleting the amount “$525.99” appearing in clause 11.3(j)(i) and inserting “$537.51”.

3. By deleting the amount “$1100” appearing in clause 11.3(j)(ii) and inserting “$1124”.

4. By deleting the amount “$209.23” appearing in clause 11.3(j)(iii) and inserting “$213.81”.

5. By deleting the amount “$1915” appearing in clause 11.3(k)(iv) and inserting “$1957”.

6. By deleting the table appearing in clause 11.5(b) and inserting the following:

7. By deleting the table appearing in clause 11.5(c) and inserting the following:

8. By deleting the amount “$48.62” appearing in clause 11.5(f) and inserting “$49.69”.

9. By deleting the amount “$5688” appearing in clause 11.6(b)(i) and inserting “$5813”.

10. By deleting the amount “$9194” appearing in clause 11.6(b)(ii) and inserting “$9395”.

11. By deleting the amount “$9709” appearing in clause 11.7(d) and inserting “$9973”.

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2020.
