4 yearly review of modern awards – Fire Fighting Industry Award 2020 – modern award varied – correction.

A. The determination issued by the Full Bench on 6 March 2020 [PR714190] is corrected as follows:

1. By deleting the words “clause 22.2(b)(ii)” appearing in clause 22.1(b) and inserting “clause 22.1(b)(ii)”.

2. By deleting clause 22.5.

3. By renumbering clauses 22.6 to 22.8 as clauses 22.5 to 22.7.

4. By updating the cross-references accordingly.

B. This determination comes into operation from 4 May 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009, this determination does not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 4 May 2020.
