Schedule X—Additional measures during the COVID-19 pandemic –extending the operation of Schedule X.
A. Further to the Full Bench statement [[2020] FWCFB 3986] issued by the Fair Work Commission on 29 July 2020, the awards listed in Appendix A are varied as follows:
1. By deleting the words “31 July 2020” in clause X.2.1(d) and inserting “29 October 2020”.
2. By deleting the words “31 July 2020” in clause X.2.2(c) and inserting “29 October 2020”.
B. This determination comes into operation on 31 July 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 31 July 2020.
