Annual Wage Review 2019-2020 - correction – Food, Beverage, and Tobacco Manufacturing Award 2010.

A. The determination issued by the Fair Work Commission on 26 June 2020 [PR718891] is corrected as follows:

1. By deleting the words “Table 8—Minimum hourly rate for part-time trainees (school-based AQF Certificate Level I–III traineeship)” wherever they appear in clause D.4.2(d) of item A.4 and inserting “Table 8—Minimum hourly rate for part-time adult trainees (school-based AQF Certificate Level I–III traineeship)”.

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 November 2020. In accordance with s.286(5) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 November 2020.
