Expense-related allowances - correction - Maritime Offshore Oil and Gas Award 2020.

A. The determination issued by the Fair Work Commission on 31 October 2020 [PR719056] is corrected as follows:

1. By renumbering items A.5 to A.9 as items A.6 to A.10.

2. By inserting a new item A.5 as follows:

‘5. By deleting the amount “$221.57” appearing in clause 16.2(b) and inserting “$226.14”.’

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 November 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 November 2020.
