Annual Wage Review 2021–22.

A. Further to the decision issued by the Expert Panel in the Annual Wage Review 2021–22 on 15 June 2022 [[2022] FWCFB 3500], the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$852.40” appearing in clause 16.1(a)(i) and inserting “$892.40”.

2. By deleting the amount “$22.43” appearing in clause 16.1(a)(ii) and inserting “$23.48”.

3. By deleting the table appearing in clause 16.2(a) and inserting the following:

4. By deleting the table appearing in clause 16.2(b) and inserting the following:

13. By deleting the amounts “$42.71”, “$97.17” and “$148.74” appearing in clause 16.2(j)(ii) and inserting “$44.71”, “$101.73” and “$155.72” respectively.

14. By deleting the amount “$230.92” appearing in clause 16.2(k) and inserting “$241.75”.

15. By deleting the amount “$60.35” appearing in clause 16.2(l) and inserting “$63.18”.

16. By deleting the amount “$5.37” appearing in clause 22.1(a)(i) and inserting “$5.62”.

17. By deleting the amount “$11.08” appearing in clause 22.1(a)(ii) and inserting “$11.60”.

18. By deleting the table appearing in clause 22.1(b)(i) and inserting the following:

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2022. In accordance with s.286(5) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2022.
