Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$16.33” appearing in clause 17.3(a) and inserting “$16.71”.

2. By deleting the amounts “$16.33” and “$74.85” appearing in clause 17.3(d)(ii) and inserting “$16.71” and “$78.28” respectively.

3. By deleting the amount “$537.19” wherever it appears in clause 17.3(e)(i) and inserting “$561.78”.

4. By deleting the amount “$5.73” appearing in clause 17.3(e)(ii) and inserting “$5.99”.

5. By deleting the table appearing in clause B.2.1 and inserting the following:

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2022. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2022.
