The Commission proposes to change a number of awards by deleting COVID-19 related schedules that have expired.

The Commission proposes to vary a number of awards under section 157 and section 160 of the Fair Work Act 2009.
The Commission proposes to delete the following from modern awards, where they have expired:
- Schedule X – Additional measures during the COVID-19 pandemic
- Award specific COVID-19 schedules.
If parties wish to extend the operation of currently operating "Schedule X – Additional measures during the COVID-19 pandemic", they must lodge an application to vary.
