The process to make a single or multi-enterprise agreement can be complex. Use this checklist to see if you are ready to apply. The deadline to apply is within 14 days of making the agreement.
You may need to provide all these documents. Avoid mistakes that can delay your application.

We recommend you start to collect this information during the bargaining process. If you do, check all the details are still correct when you submit the application.

Your application Form F16 is complete
Form F16 to request approval of a new enterprise agreement (non-greenfields agreement).

The employer’s declaration Form F17 is complete
Form F17 shows us if the agreement followed the requirements and timelines.

Your proposed agreement is correct
Attach a complete copy of the agreement the employees voted on, with the correct signatures.

You have a copy of the notice you gave employees
The Notice of Employee Representational Rights (NERR) you gave employees during bargaining.

You have a copy of explanatory materials
The materials you gave employees to explain the terms of the agreement and their effect.

You have a copy of voting information
Details you gave employees about how, when and where to vote.

You include any other materials
Any other information you gave employees. This includes all documents you refer to in your application. It may also include optional declarations:
