Family and domestic violence leave (AM2015/1)

Introduction

As part of the 4 yearly review of modern awards, the ACTU applied to include family and domestic violence leave in all modern awards. As a result, the Commission changed 123 modern awards to include an entitlement to 5 days’ unpaid leave to deal with family and domestic violence.
