Forms for approval of agreements

When your agreement is made, you must lodge your application for approval within 14 days.

Single and multi-enterprise applications may include declarations from the employer, unions or employee representatives. Use the checklist so you know what to provide.

The application form is different for greenfields (new business) agreements.
