This includes the application we receive and other documents as they become available, including:

• notices of intent and draft orders
• notices of listing for conferences or hearings
• any statement or directions, including timelines to make submissions
• copies of submissions and other correspondence we receive.

To send us a submission or correspondence

You may choose to write to us about a case that is in progress. This is called a submission. Use the case (matter) number that relates to the application when you contact us. You can find the case number in the table on this page.

We publish your submissions and other correspondence on this website. We may redact confidential or commercially sensitive information. Please let us know if there is information you want us to redact or summarise to preserve its confidentiality.

Before you send a document:

• Check the format is an approved file type (usually Word, PDF, RTF or Excel).
• Remove any document passwords or file restrictions.
