Statistical reports on enterprise agreements data

We published statistical reports each fortnight from 2022 to 2024, which provided data from enterprise agreement approval applications lodged with us.

The final statistical report for 2024 was published on 18 November 2024 covering the fortnight 5 to 18 October 2024. We have decided to conclude the series and will not be publishing any further reports. This will enable us to prioritise operational activities including the timely approval of enterprise agreements. 

If you require data on enterprise agreements made in the federal jurisdiction, you may wish to refer to the Trends in Federal Bargaining report, which is published by the Commonwealth Department of Employment and Workplace Relations. All filed enterprise agreements will remain publicly available through our website.  

You can read our Quarterly reports, which include data on the number of agreements and bargaining applications lodged. You can also review our Agreements in progress.

The reports included:

  • a fortnightly update on the average annualised wage increase for enterprise agreement approval applications lodged, and
  • a monthly update on the number of applications made relating to enterprise agreements.

Our statistical reports complemented information published by the Commonwealth Department of Employment and Workplace Relations: Enterprise agreements data.
