We started this case (AM2024/37) on the Commission's own motion, as set out in the President's statement on the Modern Awards Review 2023-24 Final report (pdf).
This case will consider variations to the Amusement, Events and Recreation Award 2020 to ensure it adequately addresses the work performed by employees engaged as arts workers, including consideration of the classification structure at Schedule A. Anyone interested is invited to participate.
