If the parties to a dispute about a regulated labour hire arrangement order agree, we can decide (arbitrate) the dispute. Use form F86F to let us know that the parties agree to us arbitrating the dispute.

Who can use this form

Before you start
Have this information ready before you start the Form F86F. You will need to tell us:
- your contact details, and
- your representative’s contact details (if you have one).
The parties to the dispute, or their representatives, must sign the form before you send it to us.

What happens next
