Published below is the National Minimum Wage Order 2021 taking into account the Expert Panel's decision of 16 June 2021. The order comes into operation on 1 July 2021:
Draft national minimum wage order
On 16 June 2021, the Expert Panel issued its Annual Wage Review 2020–21 Decision [[2021] FWCFB 3500], which details the rates to be set in the national minimum wage order to take effect on 1 July 2021.
The Fair Work Act 2009 requires that the Expert Panel publish the national minimum wage order before 1 July 2021.
Below is the draft national minimum wage order that was released after the Expert Panel’s decision of 16 June 2021.
Any inquiries or suggested amendments regarding the draft order should be emailed to awr@fwc.gov.au by no later than 5pm on Thursday, 24 June 2021.
The final order, incorporating any additional changes, will be published on this webpage prior to 1 July 2021.
