We have started this case (AM2024/39) on our own motion, as set out in the President's statement on the Modern Awards Review 2023-24 Final report.
This case will examine fixed-term contract provisions in light of new provisions concerning the use, extension and renewal of fixed-term contracts contained in Division 5 of Part 2-9 of the Fair Work Act 2009.
