Educational Services (Schools) General Staff Award variation (AM2020/6)

In accordance with the Decision of the Full Bench in [2019] FWCFB 8569 the submission made by the Federation of Parents & Citizens Associations of New South Wales on 7 November 2019 has been referred to a separate Full Bench of the Fair Work Commission.

It is to be treated as an application to vary the coverage clause of the Educational Services (Schools) General Staff Award 2020 under section 158 of the Fair Work Act 2009.

Further to the Hearing on 8 December 2021, the Full Bench makes the following directions:

1. The Federation of Parents and Citizens’ Associations of New South Wales (Federation), and the ACT Council of Parents & Citizens Associations will be given an opportunity to file an outline of submissions together with any witness statements and documents upon which they intend to rely in response to the Outline of Submissions of the Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees’ Association (SDA). The documents were to be sent by no later than 3pm AEDT on Wednesday 22 December 2021.
2. The SDA will be given the opportunity to file and serve any submissions and material in reply. These documents were to be sent by no later than 3pm AEDT on Thursday 27 January 2022.
3. A hearing before the Full Bench will take place at 10am AEDT on Monday 14 February 2022.
