The application was made under section 158 of the Fair Work Act 2009 by the Victorian Automobile Chamber of Commerce, the Motor Trade Association of South Australia, the Motor Traders Association of New South Wales and the Motor Trades Association of Queensland Industrial Organisation of Employers and Australian Industry Group to vary the Vehicle Manufacturing, Repair, Services and Retail Award 2010.
