Introduction
The Communications, Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia - Plumbing Division applied to amend an error in the Plumbing and Fire Sprinklers Award 2010.

The application was made under section 160 of the Fair Work Act 2009, to remove ambiguity or uncertainty or correct error in the Plumbing and Fire Sprinklers Award 2010. An apparent error arose during the Part 10A Award Modernisation process in AM2008/15 regarding the allowance in clause 21.5(f) for service work while engaged in fire sprinkler fitting.
