We have published an implementation report on the upcoming expansion of our sexual harassment jurisdiction. The changes start on 6 March 2023.
The report sets out how we propose to implement changes resulting from the passing of the Secure Jobs Better Pay Act.

In particular, we’re seeking feedback on our new and revised forms, and our proposed case management process.
