We can make a regulated labour hire arrangement order in relation to employees who perform work for a host employer. Use Form F86 to apply.

Who can use this form
Only use Form F86 if you are:
- the host employer (regulated host)
- an employee who performs work for the regulated host (regulated employee)
- an employee of the regulated host, or
- an employee organisation that is entitled to represent the industrial interests of a regulated employee or an employee of the regulated host.

Before you start
Have this information ready before you start the Form F86. You will need tell us:
- your contact details
- your representative’s contact details (if you have one)
- contact details for the regulated host and employer to be covered by the proposed order, and any employee organisations
- about the order you are applying for, including:
- a description of the regulated employees to be covered by the order
- the covered employment instrument (that applies to the regulated host) to be covered by the order, and
- information about how the employer supplies employees the regulated host, and the work being performed.

You can also send or deliver your application to the Commission office near you.
What happens next
You must send (serve) a copy of the application on:
- the regulated host (if the regulated host is not the applicant)
- each employer of regulated employees that will be covered by the proposed regulated labour hire arrangement order, and
- each employee organisation that can represent a regulated employee or an employee of the regulated host (that you know of).
We will email you to confirm we have received your application.
Applications are dealt with by a Member who may then organise a hearing or conference.
