In this episode we discuss how eligible disclosures are managed behind-the-scenes, including real-world examples and best practice tips to inform an investigation.
We have a complaints-handling process to manage and fairly resolve protected disclosures, taking into account the information provided by the whistleblower, the registered organisation concerned and other sources.
