The application has been made under section 158 of the Fair Work Act 2009.
It seeks to revoke the Professional Diving (Recreational) Award 2020 and vary the Marine Tourism and Charter Vessels Award 2020 with respect to ‘Divemasters’ and 'Dive instructors'.
