Introduction
Plan International Australia has applied to change the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010.

The application is made under section 158 of the Fair Work Act 2009 and seeks to change clause 34 of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 to allow for agreement on substitution of public holidays.
