How to apply

Please email us at lodge@fwc.gov.au and ask us to correct your name. You should use the email address linked to your account when you contact us.

1. Check your spam or junk email folder.
2. Make sure you used the correct email address and didn’t make any spelling mistakes.
3. Make sure you don’t have any security settings or rules that might stop our emails from getting to your inbox.

1. If you have attached documents already, you can try deleting them and attaching them again.
2. You can finish your application and lodge it without the attachments.
3. You can send us your attachments later by emailing them to lodge@fwc.gov.au. Make sure you include your OLS reference number in the subject line of the email.

1. Sign out of your account and restart your computer. Log into your account again. Use the Drafts button to go back in and lodge your application.
2. Try logging into your account with a different computer or device.
3. Avoid using unusual punctuation (like multiple exclamation marks !!!) or special characters (like &%@:/).

If none of these work, you can download the form from our Forms webpage, then complete the form and email it to us at lodge@fwc.gov.au.

Some text fields have character limits. If the response is longer than the limit, upload a separate document with the full text as an attachment and enter a short summary in the field.

You should receive a confirmation email once your application has been submitted. If you did not receive one, check your junk or spam folder. You can also log into MyFWC to check your application status.
