Who can use this form
Use this form if you are:
- an employer that will be covered by the single interest employer authorisation, or
- a bargaining representative for the proposed enterprise agreement to which the authorisation relates or an employee of the new employer.
Before you start
Have this information ready before you begin.
You will need to give us details about:
- who is making the application
- your representative (if you are using one)
- the employers who will be covered by the authorisation, including their contact details
- any other bargaining representatives you know of
- the employers and employees to be covered by the proposed agreement.
You will also need to provide information about:
- franchisees and common interest employers
- are the operations and business activities of the new employer(s) reasonably comparable with those of the employers already specified in the Authorisation
- the number of employees of each new employer that will be covered by the proposed enterprise agreement, and
- majority of the employees of the employer(s) that will be covered by the proposed agreement want to bargain for the proposed enterprise agreement.
You need to lodge a draft variation to the authorisation when you apply. There is information on the form that explains what the draft needs to include.
You must send (serve) a copy of your application to:
- each employer that will be added to the single interest employer authorisation if it is varied
- each employer specified in the single interest employer authorisation
- each employee organisation that is a bargaining representative for the proposed enterprise agreement, and
- any other bargaining representative for the proposed enterprise agreement.
