Use Form F83B to apply to vary a single interest employer authorisation to remove an employer.
Who can use this form
Use this form if you are:
- an employer, or
- a bargaining representative of an employee who will be covered by the proposed enterprise agreement to which the authorisation relates.
Have this information ready before you begin.
You will need to give us details about:
- who is making the application
- your representative (if you are using one)
- the employers who will be removed from the authorisation, including their contact details
- any other bargaining representatives you know of
- the employers and employees to be covered by the proposed agreement.
You will also need to provide information about:
- the change in the circumstances of the employer which means it is no longer appropriate for the relevant employer to be specified in the Authorisation
- the number of employees of the employer to be removed, and
- whether the employees of the employer to be removed have voted in favour of the removal.
You need to lodge a draft variation to the authorisation when you apply. There is information on the form that explains what the draft needs to include.
You must send (serve) a copy of your application to:
- each employer specified in the single interest employer authorisation
- each employee organisation that is a bargaining representative for the proposed enterprise agreement, and
- any other bargaining representative for the proposed enterprise agreement.
