About the group
The Regulated Worker User Group helps us engage with regulated workers and businesses about:
- our functions relating to regulated workers and businesses and road transport contractual chains, how they might be affected
- how to engage with our consultation processes.
The group is open to anyone with an interest in how we are implementing the incoming changes.
New members can join at any time. Participation is voluntary and members can leave at any time. The format of the group may change as the new jurisdictions evolve.

The Regulated Worker User Group is not linked to the Road Transport Advisory Group or any other consultation processes or groups required under the legislation. It is also separate from any consultations or other processes that we may undertake as part of dealing with applications under the new provisions.
